Job Summary
As an IT Helpdesk Technician at FERCHAU Rosenheim, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd-level support, analyzing and resolving system malfunctions, and performing the installation and configuration of hardware and software. You will also play a key role in network maintenance and security monitoring.
