Job Summary

As the lead Electrical Engineer for a new substation construction project, you will play a central role in a forward-looking infrastructure initiative. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the entire lifecycle of the substation, from planning and technical implementation to final commissioning. You will manage an interdisciplinary team, providing both technical and disciplinary leadership while coordinating with external service providers and regulatory authorities. A key aspect of this role is your influence on project structures, processes, and documentation systems, ensuring that all technical standards, quality requirements, and HSE guidelines are strictly met. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in energy engineering, plant construction, or high-voltage technology
  • Proven experience in the construction or expansion of substations, preferably in medium or high voltage
  • Professional experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams
  • Experience in coordinating with authorities and external service providers
