Job Summary

As an Operational Excellence Manager IT, you will be responsible for defining, establishing, and continuously improving reporting standards for IT Service Management, focusing on SLAs, customer satisfaction, and performance KPIs. You will play a pivotal role in standardizing IT project management methodologies, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and coordinating the Business Needs Process (BNP) across the IT site management organization. Furthermore, you will contribute to the strategic development of training programs and lead internal communication initiatives to ensure organizational alignment. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience in defining and establishing reporting standards and quality KPIs.
