Job Summary

The Bavarian Health and Food Safety Authority (LGL) is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join their molecular biology and genetic engineering department in Oberschleißheim. In this role, you will perform essential molecular biological analysis on food and feed, including the detection and quantification of genetic modifications. Your daily responsibilities will involve sample logistics, preparation, DNA isolation, and the operation of advanced laboratory equipment such as PCR thermocyclers and pipetting robots. You will also manage data within the LIMS, contribute to the laboratory's quality management system, and support the training of interns.
