Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for local IT support, directly assisting users with hardware and software issues. Your day-to-day will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, performing rapid troubleshooting, and collaborating closely with 2nd Level Support and other IT teams to ensure seamless IT operations. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and contributing to IT projects and rollouts. This role is ideal for a proactive, service-oriented individual with a strong IT background who enjoys direct user interaction and problem-solving in a dynamic environment. The position offers continuous learning opportunities, a supportive team, and modern IT tools.
