Job Summary
As a Document Management Specialist at BGZ, you will play a pivotal role in managing and evolving our document management systems to ensure the highest safety standards for radioactive waste storage. Your day-to-day responsibilities include steering the development of document management methodologies, coordinating complex data migrations, and overseeing the electronic archive at our Essen location. You will collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, communicate with external service providers, and ensure that all document processes align with legal and technical requirements. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and executing data migrations between source and target systems.
- Professional experience in analyzing source and target data within migration processes.
- Professional experience in working with Document Management Systems (DMS) or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
- Experience working in interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating with external service providers.
