Job Summary

This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of project funding for the Municipality of Kropp. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring grants, preparing and submitting funding applications, and managing the required documentation and proof of use for EU, federal, and state programs. A key part of your day-to-day work will be coordinating closely with internal departments and external funding bodies to ensure project compliance. We are looking for a highly organized, independent professional with a background in public administration who is comfortable handling administrative processes and working in a structured environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r) with the 2nd Administrative Course, or a successful examination as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in), or comparable qualifications/extensive relevant experience in public administration.
