Job Summary

This role involves managing the lifecycle and maintenance of municipal buildings, including schools, residential, and administrative properties. As a Structural Facility Management Engineer, you will independently plan and execute building maintenance, renovations, and upgrades, ensuring cost-efficiency, sustainability, and long-term operational viability. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring maintenance work, overseeing statutory inspections (such as fire safety systems), and conducting regular building inspections. You will be responsible for cost estimation, managing public procurement processes (VOB), and reviewing invoices.
