Job Summary

The BFI Group is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join their team in Bonn. In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd level technical support, managing and documenting incidents via a ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities will include troubleshooting login issues, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and providing support for Citrix Workspace environments. You will also be responsible for hardware maintenance, including setting up meeting room technology, managing video conferencing via Cisco WebEx, and performing hardware moves and inventory management. This position is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys a mix of remote support and hands-on hardware tasks. Required Skills

Completed vocational training in an IT-related field.

Experience

  • 3 years of professional experience in an IT role

  • Experience in user administration within Microsoft AD and Exchange environments
  • Experience in Citrix user support
