Job Summary
As a Team Lead for IT Infrastructure, you will provide professional leadership to an infrastructure team, ensuring the stable and secure operation of critical IT environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing incidents, escalations, and changes, while supporting both operational tasks and project-based assignments. You will play a key role in planning and implementing security architectures, specifically utilizing genua GmbH solutions, and advising clients on secure network designs. Additionally, you will support presales activities, contribute to technical concepts, and ensure that service quality and SLAs are strictly maintained. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in IT security and infrastructure who enjoys mentoring teams, driving operational processes according to ITIL standards, and working within high-security environments. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT infrastructure and IT security
- Experience in operating customer environments, preferably within Managed Services
- Experience in the operation and monitoring of IT systems
- Professional leadership experience
- Experience with infrastructure components in classified environments (VS-NfD) is preferred

- Must be able to work in high-security environments (VS-NfD clearance may be required); knowledge of regulatory requirements such as KRITIS and BSI is considered a strong advantage.
