Job Summary
As a Team Lead for IT Infrastructure at DATAGROUP, you will oversee the stable and secure operation of critical IT environments, with a primary focus on high-security solutions requiring VS-NfD clearance. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading a technical team, managing incidents, changes, and escalations, and providing expert consultation to clients on secure network and infrastructure architectures. You will play a pivotal role in project support, presales activities, and the continuous improvement of operational processes aligned with ITIL standards. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT infrastructure and IT security
- Experience in operating customer environments, ideally within Managed Services
- Demonstrated experience in technical team leadership
- Experience with infrastructure components requiring VS-NfD security clearance
- Experience in the configuration, rollout, and operation of hardened client systems
- Experience in the operation and monitoring of complex IT systems
