Job Summary

As a Permitting Planner focusing on stakeholder communication, you will play a critical role in major power grid expansion projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing and managing complex public-law approval and permitting processes, such as plan approval procedures and BImSchG compliance. You will act as a central interface, coordinating internal and external service providers, managing easements, and overseeing crossing management throughout the project lifecycle. A significant portion of your role involves active stakeholder engagement, including conducting negotiations with landowners, municipalities, associations, and public authorities to ensure project progress. You will also be responsible for the quality assurance of documentation and the maintenance of permit requirements. This position is ideal for someone with a background in environmental engineering or spatial planning who thrives in interdisciplinary environments and is committed to advancing essential infrastructure projects within a leading European transmission system operator.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Spatial Planning, Geography, or a comparable field.
