Job Summary
As the Technical Director at the prestigious Hotel Bristol Berlin, you will oversee the seamless operation of all building and technical facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, ensuring the functionality of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and coordinating with external service providers. You will lead and develop the technical team, manage budgets, and ensure full compliance with safety and fire protection regulations. Additionally, you will spearhead modernization projects and drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Utility Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in technical building management
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry or comparable real estate assets
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing external service providers
