Job Summary
This role involves leading the 'Living' business model within the Inclusion and Participation division of Caritasverband München und Freising e.V. You will be responsible for the strategic development and economic viability of various housing services for individuals with intellectual, physical, and multiple disabilities across Upper Bavaria. Key responsibilities include implementing legal requirements like BTHG, ensuring quality management, standardizing processes, and supporting facilities in fee negotiations. As part of the management team, you will contribute to the overall strategic direction of the division, working closely with other business model leaders in a matrix structure. This position offers a significant opportunity to shape and advance social services, ensuring sustainable and high-quality support for vulnerable populations.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Social Sciences or Economics (ideally with a focus on Social Management/Organizational Development) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a social pedagogical field
- Experience in strategic thinking and change management
- Experience in network collaboration with other institutions
- Experience with Beyond Budgeting principles
