Job Summary

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex technology and client success. Your day-to-day work will be highly varied, involving direct client interaction both remotely and on-site to provide technical consulting and presales support. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of technical solutions, including the installation, maintenance, and integration of MDM systems (specifically SOTI MobiControl), RFID components, and specialized labeling software. Beyond client-facing tasks, you will manage internal IT infrastructure, including Windows server administration, network security (Firewall, VPN, LAN/WLAN), and Microsoft 365 environments. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys technical problem-solving and training users. Required Skills

Education

Technical degree or vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Systems Electronics, Computer Science, or Certified IT Specialist).

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT systems engineering, informatics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in the installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and client systems.
  • Practical experience in providing technical support and consulting to customers.
  • Experience in managing virtualized server environments and network security protocols.
