Job Summary

This role involves the administration and support of the P&I LOGA HR management and payroll system for the city of Mainz and municipal clients in Rhineland-Palatinate. You will be responsible for configuring modules for time management, travel expenses, applicant management, and employee self-service, as well as managing access control systems and time-tracking terminals. Your day-to-day work includes troubleshooting complex system errors, coordinating software updates, performing quality assurance testing, and providing expert consultation and training to end-users. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT or public administration who enjoys bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and HR processes.
