Job Summary
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will take ownership of the electrical design lifecycle for apparatus construction and leak testing systems. Your daily responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed circuit diagrams and bills of materials, developing innovative technical solutions for modular system architectures and cable assemblies, and ensuring electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) through rigorous testing and analysis. You will also be responsible for selecting components for explosion-proof environments and managing projects from initial planning through to production handover. This role requires close collaboration with internal engineering and service departments as well as external partners. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a university degree in Electrical Engineering (e.g., Technician, Bachelor's degree) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering or technical design
- Practical experience with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements
- Experience with relevant industry standards such as Machinery Directive, Low Voltage, and ATEX is preferred
