Job Summary

As a Product Developer at codex GmbH & Co. KG in Ulm, you will play a pivotal role in the research and development of high-quality dry mortar systems for the professional tiling and natural stone industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new raw material technologies, managing innovation projects in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and independently developing these innovations into market-ready products. You will also be responsible for testing and assessing development results against international standards and practical trade requirements, as well as maintaining relationships with raw material suppliers. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in chemistry or chemical engineering who enjoys hands-on problem-solving.
