Job Summary
The Ministry of the Interior and for Sport of Rhineland-Palatinate is seeking a dedicated specialist to join the 'Central Tasks' unit of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution. In this role, you will lead digital transformation efforts within a security-critical environment, focusing on process optimization, the implementation of document management systems, and the execution of digitalization projects. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Public Administration, Digitalization/Process Optimization, Business Administration, Business/Administrative Informatics, Information/Library Science, Digital Business Management, Transformation Management, or Organizational Psychology.
Experience
- Professional experience in process management, document management, or transformation management is preferred.
- Prior experience working with intelligence services or federal/state security authorities is considered an advantage.

- Must pass an extended security clearance check (Ü3) according to the State Security Clearance Act; willingness to involve partner in security check; no familial ties to states with specific security risks (e.g., Iran, Syria, China, Russia); willingness to travel; valid work permit for Germany required.
