Job Summary

As an AI & Process Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our organization into a hybrid, AI-supported system. This is a hands-on, pragmatic position for someone who prefers building functional solutions over creating theoretical architectures. You will be responsible for analyzing and automating internal processes across sales, engineering, production, logistics, and administration. Your daily work involves developing and implementing AI workflows and assistants that provide tangible value to our 50-person team, while integrating and optimizing our ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics. We are looking for a doer who understands the limitations of current AI technology and can build scalable, effective infrastructure without over-engineering.
