Job Summary
As a Communication Infrastructure Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of communication networks and terminal equipment. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, assembly, maintenance, and repair of complex network infrastructures and passive transmission paths. You will independently perform fault analysis and troubleshooting, manage tickets within the system, and provide service support to both internal and external customers. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to configure and document complex network setups. The position is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the stability and performance of critical communication systems. This role is offered as a 12-month contract, serving as a replacement during a period of absence.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (apprenticeship)
Experience
- Professional experience in telecommunications, internet, IT, broadband, or TV sectors
- Experience with technical maintenance and infrastructure assembly
- Demonstrated ability to perform independent error analysis and system repair

- Valid driver's license (Class B), availability for on-call duty, and willingness to undergo a security clearance (SÜG-MV).
