Job Summary

As a Research Associate in the REBE-H project at HTW Berlin, you will play a pivotal role in developing a digital monitoring tool designed to assess the workload of daycare staff in Hesse. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing and implementing a robust web application, coordinating with IT service providers, and creating specialized analysis modules for both descriptive and predictive data. You will ensure that all development adheres to strict data protection and IT security standards while actively participating in user-centered development workshops. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience with containerization technologies is considered a plus.
  • Ability to work in a structured and independent manner within a research or project-based setting.
