As an IT Support Specialist at PohlCon, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing and resolving 1st and 2nd level IT support requests, ranging from hardware and software troubleshooting to the configuration and setup of new employee workstations. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, performing both remote and on-site support, while ensuring all incidents are accurately documented and prioritized. Additionally, you will contribute to internal knowledge bases by creating process documentation. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Electronics Technician (or comparable qualification)

- Experience in documenting IT processes and user guides
