As a Technical Facility Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and overseeing the municipal building infrastructure in Bad Mergentheim. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring technical building systems, performing independent maintenance and repair work, and managing damage assessments and repairs. You will also coordinate and supervise external contractors, maintain parking ticket machines, and conduct regular safety inspections as a designated safety officer.
