Job Summary
As a Process & Project Manager at KALO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the smart energy transition within the residential real estate sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve standardizing and harmonizing sales processes across both internal and field teams, optimizing end-to-end workflows to reduce lead times and costs, and managing complex project rollouts and automations. You will work closely with Sales, IT, and analytical departments, utilizing systems like Salesforce to ensure maximum operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a structured, analytical mindset and strong communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements. This position is unique because it offers the opportunity to directly contribute to CO2 reduction goals in the building sector while working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment in Hamburg. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience in process and/or project management
- Experience in a sales-oriented environment is considered an asset
- Proven track record in modeling and optimizing end-to-end business processes
- Practical experience with CRM and workflow management systems
