Job Summary

As the Head of Data and Service Management for Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, you will lead a team of 16 professionals, overseeing critical functions within the energy sector. Your responsibilities include managing the role of the basic metering point operator, including price, cost, and revenue accountability, and developing guidelines for metering operations. You will also be in charge of the strategic rollout of smart metering systems and ensuring the proper coordination and quality control of outsourced tasks, particularly complaint management. A key part of the role involves managing network operator balancing groups for losses, differences, and feed-ins (electricity) and network accounts (gas), as well as addressing network-related issues concerning Redispatch 2.0. This position is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong analytical mindset, passionate about driving continuous improvement and contributing to the energy transition within a dynamic, large-scale organization.
