In this role, you will act as a field service technician for Expresso Deutschland GmbH, focusing on the maintenance, installation, and repair of logistics handling equipment and IoT-enabled safety systems. You will be responsible for servicing clients across the German postal code regions 1 through 6, ensuring that both traditional mechanical transport systems and modern 'Expresso Connect' IoT modules operate efficiently. Your day-to-day will involve performing technical inspections, documenting service activities, and coordinating with the central office for scheduling and material logistics. The position requires a hands-on technical background in mechatronics or electrical engineering and a strong customer-service orientation. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys field work, values stability within a family-run group, and is interested in the intersection of mechanical engineering and smart digital technologies. You will receive comprehensive training and be equipped with a dedicated service vehicle to support your regional operations.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or equivalent experience in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation and Control Technology.
