Job Summary
As a Policy Advisor for Economic and Energy Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the BSW parliamentary group in the Saxon State Parliament. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve organizing and preparing for committee meetings, drafting briefings, policy analyses, and position papers, and proactively developing parliamentary initiatives. You will monitor political developments, maintain professional networks with relevant associations, and coordinate workshops and public hearings. This role requires a deep understanding of economic, infrastructure, and energy policy, particularly within the context of Saxony, Germany, and Europe. You will work closely with Members of Parliament in a dynamic, newly forming team, offering significant creative freedom and the opportunity to shape political processes. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong research and organizational skills, a high level of reliability, and a commitment to the political goals of the BSW.

University degree with a focus on Economics, Energy, or Political Science
Experience
- Professional experience in economic, energy, or political policy analysis
- Demonstrated experience in parliamentary processes or political systems
- Experience in research and the professional preparation of complex information
- Experience in networking and maintaining contact with professional associations
