Job Summary

As an ITSM Consultant at Stromnetz Berlin, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, expanding, and modernizing Berlin's critical power grid infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve operating, configuring, and further developing the USU ITSM platform. You will analyze, design, and implement key ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management, while translating technical and business requirements into functional workflows, forms, and reports. You will also manage system integrations, perform quality assurance, and provide 2nd/3rd-level support to ensure high performance. The ideal candidate brings a background in IT systems integration or application development, combined with practical experience in ITSM administration and ITIL-based processes.
