Job Summary

As a Senior Manufacturing OT Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the Life Science business unit. You will oversee major Manufacturing OT projects across the APAC and EU regions, providing governance and program leadership to ensure IT/OT systems deliver maximum business value. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing project execution, facilitating stakeholder engagement, developing implementation roadmaps, and serving as a technical subject matter expert for systems like MES, OEE, and Data Historians. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and supply chain departments, to standardize solutions and drive adoption across the global network. Required Skills

Education

University degree (BS or MS) in an engineering or science discipline

Experience

  • 7-10 years of relevant technical experience as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with an international company, supporting Manufacturing Operations or in a consulting role
  • Professional experience delivering digital transformation capabilities in a manufacturing environment
  • Professional experience working with cross-functional teams to create cohesive manufacturing systems ecosystems
  • Professional experience in a technical resource, subject matter expert (SME), and project manager capacity for multiple manufacturing OT projects

English (Fluent)
