Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both internal and external clients by managing server, client, network, and security infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries for SMEs, providing technical support, and managing customer projects from inception to completion. You will also act as a consultant, training users and assisting with procurement and sales processes, including product selection and quote preparation.
