As a Technical Site Manager with a Master Electrician qualification, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliant execution of electrical system and equipment inspections according to DGUV Regulation 3 + 4 in the Leipzig region. Your day-to-day will involve acting as the responsible electrical specialist, conducting risk assessments, and organizing follow-up measures. A key part of your role is coaching and developing your team of technicians, ensuring high inspection quality, and providing technical advice to clients to foster strong relationships. You'll also lead internal training, instructions, and quality assurance measures, actively contributing to the company's growth and process optimization.
