Job Summary

As a Construction Manager for Electrical Engineering, you will lead site teams to ensure project goals, performance standards, and customer guidelines are met at a substation project in Schwörstadt. Your day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and supervising all construction activities, managing subcontractors and consultants, and overseeing contract, risk, and change management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all technical, organizational, and operational issues on-site. Additionally, you will implement and manage the Construction Management System, including scheduling, resource planning, and cost control. This role requires a strong background in electrical or energy engineering and proven experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
