Job Summary
As an IT Specialist for System Integration at Soranos IT-Service GmbH, you will play a vital role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for a group of companies specializing in pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing virtualized server environments, maintaining Windows and Linux servers, configuring network infrastructure, and overseeing firewalls and telephony systems. You will provide 1st and 2nd level support, manage software distribution, and handle tickets independently. Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a relevant university degree.
Experience
- Professional experience in Microsoft server and client operating systems
- Demonstrated competency in Active Directory, Office 365, and network technology
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support environments
- Experience in project planning and implementation
- Experience with VMWare, Securepoint, HP Aruba switches, and NFON is considered an advantage
