Job Summary
As the Head of Master Data Management at medac, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global master data landscape, particularly during the upcoming SAP transformation. You will lead an expert team, overseeing the strategic development of master data processes, ensuring GxP compliance in collaboration with the Quality department, and managing data harmonization and migration across international sites. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in modern master data systems and strong leadership capabilities to coach interdisciplinary teams. You will act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, driving the design of workflows and business rules. Required Skills
Education
Master's or Diploma degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in establishing and implementing company-wide master data management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
- Profound knowledge of modern master data systems (e.g., SAP MDG, IBM, Boomi, Ataccama, Semarchy, Profisee, Reltion, or STEP Stibo).
- Solid experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA systems.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies.
