Job Summary

As an Electrical Hardware Design Engineer in Hamburg, you will play a pivotal role in the design and project planning of complex switchgear systems within the machinery and plant engineering sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed circuit diagrams, bill of materials, and assembly drawings, while ensuring all documentation adheres to current standards and safety regulations. You will be responsible for selecting components, managing supplier relations, and translating customer requirements into technical solutions. The role requires a proactive approach to technical problem-solving and close collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for an experienced professional looking to apply their expertise in E-CAD systems and electrical engineering to challenging, long-term projects in a dynamic industrial environment. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, or qualification as a Technician or Master Electrician (Elektromeister).

Experience

  • Experience in interpreting and working with technical specifications and requirement documents
