Job Summary

As an HR Payroll Specialist at our Schkeuditz location, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and compliant monthly payroll processing for our employees. You will manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including preparation, execution, and post-processing using SAP and SuccessFactors Employee Central. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve handling personnel administration tasks such as time tracking, master data maintenance, and reporting. You will serve as a key advisor to internal departments, providing expertise on tax, social security, collective bargaining, and company-specific regulations. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for external authorities, health insurance providers, and other stakeholders. Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on human resources and additional qualification in payroll accounting.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in payroll accounting using SAP
  • Professional experience in managing payroll-related follow-up activities
  • Professional experience in personnel administration and master data management
  • Experience in advising internal departments on tax, social security, and labor law matters
