As an IT Service Specialist at BruderGruppe, you will act as a dedicated problem-solver rather than just a ticket dispatcher. Based in Offenburg, you will provide 1st and 2nd-level support for 27 locations, ensuring smooth operations through remote assistance and occasional on-site visits. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing hardware and software installations, configuring mobile devices and peripherals, and overseeing user rights management. You will play a key role in IT projects, system rollouts, and the continuous improvement of internal support processes. Experience

- Experience with VoIP and Mobile Device Management is considered a plus.
