Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician in the pharmaceutical sector, you will play a critical role in quality control, ensuring that products meet strict industry standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities include sampling, distributing specimens, and performing detailed analyses on intermediate products, bulk materials, and finished pharmaceuticals using organoleptic, chromatographic, and spectroscopic methods. You will perform in-process controls, document your findings, and strictly adhere to the four-eyes principle. A key aspect of the role is maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and communicating any out-of-specification (OOS) results to management. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (Chemielaborant), Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in laboratory work or pharmaceutical testing
  • Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical testing is preferred
  • Experience with GMP guidelines is considered an asset
