Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing direct customer support via telephone and remote maintenance, documenting solutions within ERP systems, and performing on-site troubleshooting and maintenance at customer locations. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and strong customer service skills to ensure efficient problem resolution. You will work closely with the technical service team to provide 1st Level Support.
