Job Summary

As a Service and Support Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing dental CAD/CAM systems used in medical environments worldwide. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of these complex machines, both on-site and remotely. You will act as a primary point of contact for laboratory and dental clinic clients, providing technical support via phone, email, and in-person visits to resolve hardware and software issues. Additionally, you will conduct user training and manage service cases within a ticketing system. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a background in electrical engineering who enjoys direct customer interaction.
