As an Offshore Wind Service Technician, you will play a critical role in the maintenance and operation of offshore wind energy assets in the North and Baltic Seas. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, and conducting commissioning tasks. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of crane systems and transition pieces, while ensuring all work is documented accurately and independently. This position requires a highly disciplined professional who is comfortable working in offshore environments and possesses the physical fitness necessary for high-altitude work. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or professional certification as a wind energy service technician.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the wind energy sector is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in performing maintenance and service tasks on wind energy installations.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex technical systems.

Additional

  • Must possess G41 medical clearance for high-altitude work, valid offshore medical fitness certification, and physical fitness. GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certificates are highly desirable. Willingness to travel is required.
