Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer specializing in automation and commissioning, you will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of complex industrial systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts for energy, control, drive, and safety systems, followed by their design and hands-on implementation. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and support assembly personnel. A significant part of the role involves the commissioning, testing, and validation of subsystems, both in-house and at global project sites, which requires a high degree of willingness to travel. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in electrical engineering or mechatronics, a proactive 'hands-on' mentality, and the ability to work independently within a team. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
  • Practical experience in automation, drive, and control technology is considered an advantage
  • Experience in PLC programming and system commissioning
  • Experience working within interdisciplinary development teams
