As a Project Manager for Renewable Energy and Medium Voltage Transformer Substation Construction, you will play a pivotal role in connecting power generation plants to the distribution grid. Your daily responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle—from initial proposal and budget control to final client acceptance. You will oversee technical implementation, including transformer stations, telecontrol, and protection technology, while continuously optimizing operational workflows. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in electrical engineering and commercial acumen to handle negotiations and project documentation. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your projects, ensuring quality and reliability. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Building and Energy Technology, or Master/Technician in Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. in Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting power generation plants to distribution grids.
  • Experience with technical connection rules for low and medium voltage (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110).
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets and client relations.
  • Experience in project lifecycle management from proposal to completion.
