As a Technical Planner for HVAC and Building Services at ROSSBO Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, you will play a pivotal role in the technical general planning of projects for industrial and public sector clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing HOAI service phases 1-5, from preliminary design to detailed execution planning. You will perform essential technical calculations—including heating and cooling loads, as well as pipe and duct network sizing—while creating detailed technical drawings and developing new installation details. Beyond design, you will coordinate across disciplines with architects and project partners, and handle cost estimation and budget calculations. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Supply Engineering (Versorgungstechnik) or equivalent qualification as a Master/Technician in Supply Engineering or Technical System Planner.
Experience
- Professional experience in 3D construction and technical calculations within the HVAC/Building Services sector
- Familiarity with HOAI service phases and relevant technical regulations
- Proven ability to work independently and manage technical planning tasks
