The Rhein-Lahn-Kreis district administration is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the Waste Management Center (AWZ) in Singhofen. In this permanent, full-time role, you will oversee construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair projects across the facility’s civil and structural engineering infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning construction projects, coordinating with procurement, monitoring site quality, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with fire safety and operational regulations. You will also handle financial tasks such as invoice verification and contributing to investment planning. Experience
- Professional experience in project management or construction site supervision
- Professional experience in building and path management/maintenance
- Experience working with DIN standards, VOB, VOL, and HOAI regulations

- Valid Class B driving license (car) is required. Must be able to work in the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis region. Willingness to perform evacuation coordinator duties.
