As a Technical Facility Manager in the NRW region, you will play a pivotal role in the holistic maintenance and operation of diverse real estate assets, including office, retail, logistics, and residential properties. Your daily responsibilities involve supervising maintenance activities, coordinating external service providers, and conducting regular inspections of technical and structural building systems. You will serve as the primary point of contact for facility management operations, ensuring site safety, cleanliness, and the efficient execution of infrastructural services like winter maintenance and waste management. You will also utilize CAFM software to document all processes and participate in on-call rotations. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Plumber, or equivalent, plus further training in Technical Facility Management.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in technical fields including electrical, plumbing, ventilation, or MSR systems.
  • Proven experience in technical building management and facility operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and supervision of commercial and rental properties.
