Job Summary

As an Insurance Operations Specialist at BMW BKK, you will play a vital role in managing member records and ensuring seamless insurance coverage for employees and their families. Your day-to-day responsibilities include processing new memberships, verifying eligibility, managing DEÜV and DÜBAK reporting procedures, and handling insurance status during parental leave. You will also manage employer accounts and process maternity compensation claims while providing high-quality service to members via telephone. This role requires a strong background in statutory health insurance, technical proficiency in reporting procedures, and a high degree of empathy when assisting members. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Social Security Specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte:r), ideally supplemented by further training as a Health Insurance Specialist (Krankenkassenfachwirt:in) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the statutory health insurance sector.
  • Proven experience in handling insurance notification procedures (DEÜV, DÜBAK).
  • Experience in managing insurance relationships during parental leave and maternity phases.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on service orientation and communication.
