Job Summary
As a System Administrator at MODUS Consult, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving robust IT infrastructures for a diverse range of clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve the installation, configuration, and administration of Microsoft-based server environments, both on-premises and in the cloud (Azure/M365). You will serve as a key technical point of contact, providing 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting incidents, and managing client endpoints via MDM/Intune. Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and documentation of internal server landscapes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT systems electronics technician, IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), or a university degree related to IT.
Experience
- Professional experience in system and network administration within a Microsoft environment
- Experience with Windows Server (versions 2012-2025), Active Directory, and server virtualization
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure platforms
- Experience in the administration of client devices using MDM/Intune or a strong willingness to learn these technologies
