Job Summary
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their success through proactive engagement, including onboarding, regular check-ins, and quarterly business reviews. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing customer inquiries via email, tickets, and phone, while coordinating technical escalations and changes in collaboration with internal teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining the knowledge base, managing contract renewals, and preparing service reports. This role requires a blend of technical affinity and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions.
